Marvellous, convenient location in Charleville, next to the bistro. Also, in a very competitive market. Breakfast with french toast.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met what was needed, would be happy to recommend it. The location was perfect, about 15-minute walk into town. The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a fantastic area. The units were huge and the staff were hard-working and very attentive people on night shift.

Very nice new facility especially for the small town of Charleville. Has hair dryer which wasn't the norm in Ireland countryside.
It would be nice if they had a shuttle to and from the train station as there are no taxis available.

The superior double room was super comfy and clean, loved how quiet it was in the hallways for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delish, so many options and served right to my room by a friendly waitress. Staff were really helpful, helped with getting food delivered to my room after I missed dinner. The leisure club is amaze as well, big pool for some family fun. Great vibes!
But the dining service was a bit on the slow side, waited too long for menus and orders. The bathroom was kinda dated and could use some improvement.

The rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds. The swimming pool, steam sauna and jacuzzi were very good - nice clean and welcoming facilities.
The bar area. The decor is a bit drab and the bar staff were a bit clueless when taking orders, in that we had to remind them 3 times about missing food/ drinks and then the bill didnt accurately reflect all our food etc, which we did pay for after bringing this to their attention.

Leisure centre was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable.
It's a bit off the beaten track with no easy motorway access. It's about an hour from Cork City. Restaurant was disappointing. Breakfast was good, but dinner was poor and very over priced.
